All services are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Not satisfied after your initial consultation? We'll refund the full consultation fee within 14 days, no questions asked.
Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Projects are billed by milestone. Refunds are available for undelivered milestones. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. You may terminate a project at any time — you only pay for work delivered.
